Welcome to the Art for the Mind's Blog Hop for 2021. This blog hop is for Stamping’ Up! Independent Demonstrators in Australia. 

Art for the Mind is a organisation that is focused on mental well being and as such the Art For The Mind Blog Hop is themed accordingly. Sending cards it's a fantastic way to let others know that they are not alone. YANA is a great principle that Art For The Mind follows. YANA stands for You Are Not Alone, knowing that we are not alone can often be enough in times of true challenge and at the same time all that those who wish to help can offer. 

All entries must be set to the theme of mental well being. Mental well being comes in all forms. It could be doing the project helped the creator to improve their well being or deal with a challenging situation. Alternatively it could be that the recipient of the card's mental well being could benefit from some encourage, support or inspiration. It is imperative that all bog hop entries discuss in the blog its relationship to this theme. 

This Blog Hop live at 8:00 AM Melbourne Sydney time on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Conditions: 

• Must be an Australian Stampin' Up! demonstrator, 
• Must  be using Stampin' Up! products, 
• Must follow the theme as per above, 
• Must be submitted and live on deadline,
• Must not include full tutorials or links to free full tutorials 
• Must include Blog Hop Banner 
• Must include Blog Hop link in Blog HTML
